This blog is being created so I can put up all the material I am learning in Native American Law. I am attending law school at Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, California, and I know that the best way to spur change and improve issues is EDUCATION. This outline is everything I am getting from my class, so that others can learn everything the lawyers learn in law school in this course.

The majority of the information I am posting is coming straight from "Cases and Materials on Federal Indian Law", fifth Edition, by Getches, Wilkinson and Williams.
It will be supplemented by information I get during lectures given by my professor and Native American Law professor, Bryan A. Wildenthal.
I will also use information I pull from Felix Cohen's Handbook on Indian Law, which is widely recognized as the foremost treatise on the topic.
I'll use other materials, but these are the three main sources I will use.
